I reckon after 3 years a $25 admin fee is pretty fair. They would have just as much of a case to not honour it at all as you would have to argue that you weren't told.

So are you going skydiving Nat? I'd make your point which is a very reasonable one, ask that it be conveyed to management as a constructive suggestion, and pay the fee.

Not in a million years Clancy. It's something DS had wanted to do but obviously never got around to it. Personally I'd be happy for a refund and for him never to want/need to escape from a plane.
